RIGHT OF POLITICAL PROTEST |
| Right of political protest: The right of protest and free speech in relation to political matters is enshrined in section 51-35 of the Constitution. (not only there of coarse) That right has been interpreted well by the High court since 1992. The Right of free speech in a democracy if they only allow that right in verbal and written forms of protest makes democracy a hollow shell. The action of protest is ours and is essential given that the constitution belongs to the people and not the parliament or executive.
